"Due to delayed flight, I was not able to take a bath in the natural hot spring on the rooftop, I did take a bath in the morning which was so great, nice view, clean changing room and good amenities. Everything was really clean, bed was comfy, would stay again!"

"This hotel was the perfect place for an overnight layover. It was a short Uber ride away and the Naritasan Park is an easy 10-minute walk away. The rooms had everything they needed but were small if you are traveling with someone. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Their airport transportation was a great bonus that I wished I had information on upon my arrival, but getting it one-way was a nice surprise."

"Second stay at this hotel in Narita. Great for when you need a full day in between flights and don't need to go into Tokyo. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed this second time, however, seemed harder than the first time. It was uncomfortable and gave me back pain. It does make me question if I can stay again. Otherwise a great option in Narita. Right in Narita town and minutes away from the train stations, it's so convenient! And Narita is a must visit especially the temple and park. Even after a second stay we enjoyed the experience. "
