"My wife fell coming in the entrance and lacerated her calf and heal quite severely. Staff directed us to the first aid station at the beach across the street from the hotel. First Aid station stopped the bleeding and directed us to nearby clinic. REALLY POOR CONSIDERATION FOR AN INJURED GUEST. I paid for taxi service to and from clinic. Hotel DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO CALL THE ROOM TO CHECK ON WIFE’s status. "

"lovely rooms, great aircon, friendly helpful staff. nice breakfast till 11 so no need to get up to early. great location, 5 mins from beach and surrounded by nice places to eat/drink/shop. 9mins walk from a huge supermarket handy for getting lunches. the pool was never too busy and well maintained. all in all a great place and would visit again."
