"Short, wonderful stay in a clean and spacious room. Loved the location overlooking a cool plaza, and pretty good shopping/restaurants within a 7 minute walk. Expensive designer stuff really very close if that is desirable to you. Breakfast was extra but great variety with healthy options avaliable and good coffee."

The location is another major plus: Nestled within 20 to 30 minutes, walking distance from the city center and with a bus stop right in front of the hotel it offers easy access to all that Palmero has to offer while still providing a calm and relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. We opted to park at this facility, which was a great convenience for us, considering we had lots of luggage and we weren’t sure where to park. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff, particularly Eleonora, for their invaluable assistance. Her exceptional contributions have left an indelible mark on this establishment, enhancing, it’s overall ambience and providing a truly exceptional experience. "Amazing property. I would just suggest a few things like cutleries. We came home one night with a piece of cake, but we forgot to bring home spoons- to our surprise, the property does not have one, even little spoons to stir our tea/coffee. 😅 "

"The hotel location is brilliant, bus stops right outside to go to Mondello and Palermo. Pool is amazing! Rooms big clean and tidy ( as Italian rooms go fairly modern) Good shower pressure. Beds are hard and pillows are hard - but I don’t mind that Our only issue was the restaurant / nightclub on the Saturday night didn’t stop until 2:30am. A warning or notice would have been nice. It’s only a slight gripe that we had on our stay. "
