"We had a lovely stay at HNN. We were given a warm welcome & everything was clearly explained. The room was very clean with air con & complimentary hot drink tray. Also a mini bar which was charged for. The beds were comfy & although there was a bit of traffic noise in the evening, it was quieter in the night & we all slept well. Breakfast was continental, with a good range of breads, pastries, cheese, jam, yogurts & fruits. They had some pre packaged gluten free items for my coeliac husband...

"There needs to be better communication about going into Nuovo Nord to get a key for Hotel 29, which is in a separate building. Hotel 29 is not clearly marked at all! Air conditioning unit dripped water into my suitcase which was open on the bed. Location of Hotel 29 is very good—close to Genoa Principe train as well as places to eat."
