"First time in Montevideo after several years coming to visit for business, where I can find and stay at a very nice hotel, very clean, following international hotel servicing standards
"
"The place is close to amenities and stores and shops and restaurants and transportation and sights but the staff particularly one lady named carol she is very rude and not helpful at all plus I was transferred from one room to another and with out notice they will move you and before you know it you are on another room already "

"Very friendly staff at check-in. We were allowed an early check-in which really helped.
Public areas of the hotel are beautiful and the room was very comfortable too.
Pool area - inside rather hot, outside area very small with insufficient beds, but a lovely space.
Great location."
"Amazing service. Loved that I could contact the front desk via WhatsApp to book restaurants and get advice. Such a great customer service feature. Really nice decor throughout the hotel and a very nice location too. "
"Stayed 2 nights and the location is great, right next to Tres Cruces bus terminal. Shopping and restaurants in the terminal, with a lot of places to reach easily by foot or taxi since it's in the middle of the city. They were renovating the hotel at the time of the visit (sept 2025) but didn't affect us since the stay was over the weekend. Oh and really nice view from the gym and the breakfast area."
"Hotel novo, muito bem localizado, perto de restaurantes, farmácia e shopping. Café da manhã simples, mas tudo gostoso. Funcionários super atenciosos. Super indico "
