"great staff and location"

"This is an incredible hotel for any price! If you enjoy history this is where it all started for the Americas! Literally The first governor's house on the first paved road. The colonial city has a heavy police presence so it's as safe as anywhere you could go. I've never seen an old building kept up so well anywhere. The staff is first class and will do anything to make your stay as great as possible (especially my guy Hermes.) Once you stay here you'll never quit recommending it! I'll definitely be back!"

"I really enjoyed staying here. The lobby and the restaurant/lounge were very upscale and nice. My room was quiet. My room was small but serviceable as I was staying by myself. Location was great for Cuidad Colonial touring. I would stay here again but may try to select a bigger room."
