"The staff was super nice. However l, the location is in a very bad neighborhood. Once you arrive it’s difficult to find the hotel. I was however impressed with the cleanliness inside the hotel, nice receptionists who was very helpful. The shower had no shower head, it just spurts out water. Oh, the bed was hard, noisy inside and outside. For the price, you get what you pay for. Lastly, it takes the hot water at least 7 minutes to come on. "

"There were some local cafes and restaurants nearby and the nearby shopping centre was within walking distance for more options and purchases. The hotel had a restaurant and bar area on the ground floor and parking for guests accessible from outside with a lift that serviced the lower parking floors.
Staff cleaned the rooms and restocked throughout the day and the amenities were accessible and easy to use. Reception staff and porters were very friendly and happy to help."
