"This beautiful hotel is located centrally, walkable to most points of interest, and the staff are incredibly professional, helpful, and welcoming. Celebrated a special event and the concierge team went over and above to make it happen. Lifelong memory for which I will always be grateful."

"Breakfast was very good although on a Sunday morning they had 2 staff working, so some of the tables were left with used dishes and took a long time to clear. Some breakfast items such as the orange juice, bacon and croissants had been empty and missing for longer than they should have been. On the Monday morning with less guests, the breakfast was exemplary.
Room was great, it was a studio room, with a fridge, microwave, kettle and utensils all supplied, along with kitchen roll, washing up liquid, teas, coffee, bottled water etc. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping was excellent. Shower was large, water pressure not great, but adequate."
"Room was huge, a great view and super comfortable bed. The bath tub in the room was also a nice relaxing touch. The location is very close to the lake and Christmas market. Staff are wonderful as well and gave me an upgrade! I'd definitely come back."
"We stayed here for 1 night in December. The hotel is in a great location, beautifully decorated and rooms are great. The reception lady was really helpful and gave us a map and showed us where everything was. Breakfast was great too, lots of choice. Would definitely stay again. "
