"Deux lits avaient leur sommier cassé. Nous avons mal dormi. Aucune réparation des lits, ni compensation financière, n' a été proposée par l'hôte. Un matelas était moisi. Il n'y avait pas d'alèse pour protéger les matelas. Quand nous en avons demandé à l'hote, il nous a amené des alèse dont l'une au moins était moisie aussi. Une chaise du salon était cassée, et donc dangereuse. De plus l'équipement de la cuisine est minimal et certainement insuffisant pour 6 personnes. Il y avait des taches...

"Amazing. Easy to get to from the main station, it is a block away from the beautiful San Francisco Park and right on the edge of the old town. Most things are within an easy walk, including sights, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Host is very helpful and very easy to communicate with. Overall one of the best places I have stayed during my travels."

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent (close to the city center and lots of cafes, grocery stores, and tourist sites.) It is within walking distance of the train and bus stations. 2 things which need improvement: a better sign outside on the street to find the property WiFi which doesn't cut out in the rooms I would recommend Nuvo Hotel as a wonderful place to stay in Oviedo."

"Amazing hotel! The staff was friendly, the lobby, room, and lounges were beautiful and clean. The room was amazing, including the bathroom. The views and location were incredible as well. Everything was conveniently located extremely close to the hotel. Oviedo turned out to be my favorite city I visited on my trip, and that was very surprising to me, and much of that was thanks to this hotel. I would love to come back to Oviedo and would 100% stay here again when I do!"
