This properties has the nicest view set in a medival village and the staff is great. I would stay there again and take more time to enjoy the hotel.

Golf course is very nice but not very close to resort. Resort is not 5-star resort and there’s no much to do. Pool area was very basic and same with pool bar. We had dinner in restaurant and it was good but nothing special. Worth to visit because of golf but don’t expect any 5-star experience in resort.

The property is lovely and grand. Great views and space around the pool. The room was big and comfortable. The hotel needs a renovation but everything was clean and working. We golfed and enjoyed ourselves. It was very beautiful place to spend a couple days.

Secret Tuscan Resort

I LOVE this resort. I’ve stayed all three times I’ve visited Italy. The room was beautiful and had a view of the Tuscan hills, the village and the golf course. The hotel staff was fabulous, the breakfast is wonderful. The restaurant menu is limited, but the food has always been wonderful. I’ve never seen any US tourists, but lots of Italians.

This is the first time I have ever written a review of a property but feel compelled to let everyone know not to stay here. The staff and people are great. However, the room was filled with 3 different types of bugs / flies. Must have killed 30 over the course of 2 nights. Completely unacceptable and will never return back to this place.

Air conditioning did not work. We had to change a couple of rooms to get better service. Refrigerators in all rooms did not work, and it took some time to fix it. The Internet did not work and we had to wait for a couple of days, while they were working on restoring it.

Fantastisk potensiale som ikke utnyttes

En helt fantastisk resort med et enormt potensiale for topp opplevelse. Dessverre blir ikke potensialet utnyttet. Stort deilig og rent basseng, og de har en åpen basseng/bar. Men det serveres så godt som ingenting der. Hyggelig personale i resepsjonen og i frokostrestsuranten. Ganske ok frokost. Stemningen på hotellet oppleves litt merkelig. Kan virke som om stedet/driften mangler litt sjel eller glede over å drifte et så vakkert og velholdt sted. Vi bodde 1 natt der juli 2024 og 5 netter juli 2025. Familie med 2 nesten voksne barn. Spiste middag kun i 2024.

5 sterren hotel? Het was zeker een mooie locatie en vriendelijke personeel, maar we konden verder de sterren niet verklaren. Dus erg prijzig voor wat je krijgt. Specifiek was er op expedia een indoor zwembad / welness, maar die bleek al lang geleden afgebroken (enkel een nog leeg buitenzwembad). Het ontbijt was ook karig in vergelijking met een agritourismo B&B die we de dag ervoor hadden, daar namelijk voor 1/3de van de prijs verbleven met fantastisch ontbijt.

Golf como foco e amplos espaços

Trata-se de um local voltado aos praticantes do golf. Amplo espaço comum e quartos amplos também com todas as comodidades básicas como cafeteira, chás, secador de cabelo e chinelos. O serviço de café da manhã estava precário. Muito movimento e os atendentes não conseguiam repor a tempo o buffet ou dar atenção aos hóspedes. Para o acesso ao café da manhã há escadas o que prejudica os hóspedes com problemas de acessibilidade. Não há restaurantes próximos. Considere permanecer no hotel para todas as refeições. Experiência no geral, positiva.

Veldig hyggelig opphold i en natt. Fantastisk deilig familiesuite i to etasjer. Deilig basseng. God runde golf. Veldig hyggelig service under middagen. Restaurantsjefen var veldig raus på alle måter og hadde mye å fortelle om hotellet etc.

Struttura immersa nel bellissimo verde della campagna senese con edifici di aspetto medioevale all’interno ristrutturati, confortevoli e di ottima progettazione. Campo da golf 18 buche non facile soprattutto per chi non v’ha mai giocato. Personale molto gentile e disponibile anche se al ristorante giovane e poco esperto.

Wir haben das Golf&Spa Hotel gebucht, da es angeblich einen Spa und Fitness-Bereich hat. Beides wurde renoviert und war somit nicht nutzbar. Der Pool war ein Tag nicht nutzbar, da ein Hund dort schwimmen gegangen ist. Das hat man vor Ort dann versucht mit Chemikalien zu beheben. Damit war für uns die Nutzung des Pools für den Resturlaub auch kein Thema mehr. Insgesamt für ein Golf&Spa-Hotel viel zu teuer in Bezug auf Preis/Leistung. Leider wurde für den nicht vorhandenen Spa und Fittnessbereich auch kein Preisabschlag gewährt. Eine Frechheit.

La Bagnaia loont echt de moeite!!!

Heel mooi verblijf in een schitterende omgeving, ruime kamers maar wat verouderd. Uitgebreid en erg verzorgd ontbijt met voldoende Corona voorzorgen . Goede keuken maar te beperkte keuken . Veel lof voor het personeel! Prachtig en uitdagend golfterrein. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding zeer gunstig.

Really pleased with the quality of service from the staff at all times. 5 stars all around. We had to make cancellations for our wine tasting we booked, the hotel made a great recommendation which we really enjoyed. The hotel accommodated all of our requests promptly. We also had a misunderstanding with the local taxi company, but the hotel were happy to help and mediate the problem. They also sent us a lovely note and a bottle of wine for the inconvenience caused for the misunderstanding. Amazing hotel in beautiful surroundings. Breakfast and Dinner in the Hotel Restaurant was great too.

Esperienza terrificante, intero soggiorno di 5 notti con l’aria condizionata rotta. Ogni giorno ci comunicavano che il problema era stato risolto e puntualmente tornavamo la sera in camera con 50 gradi. La colazione pessima, i primi giorni con solo 2-3 persone in sala e con poco e niente da mangiare per essere un 5 stelle. Poi qualcuno deve aver fatto notare la cosa e siamo passati ad un'attesa di 20 minuti solo per farci mettere seduti. Beffa finale, mi viene comunicato che mi avrebbero rimborsato parte del soggiorno visto la situazione terribile in cui ci hanno fatto stare, ma quando arrivo al check out nessuno sapeva nulla. Resterò in attesa di vedere quanto e quando mi rimborseranno dopo questa settimana da inferno.

ould be a good hotel with a full refurbishment

The lovely, helpful and friendly staff just about make this hotel palatable. This is a tired and worn-out hotel - the room smelt old and musty - the decor looked from the 80’s - as was the breakfast room! The long drive is pitted with potholes. The main saving grace was a good swimming pool - serving excellent lunches in a loggia overlooking the pool.
