"This hotel is wonderful with beautiful views from the terrace! The only complaint is the number of stairs you have to take if staying on upper floors (no elevator) - my husband has a bad back so that’s a consideration. Also, wish they would accommodate all the guests in the gourmet restaurant as we couldn’t get a reservation during our 2-day stay! Book ahead of time!"

"This pristine and beautiful property took our breath away upon arrival. Five star service and amenities abound. Our suite was stunning and well appointed. We felt as if we stepped back in time and were reminded of what outstanding service and accommodations should be like ~ a much needed respite after a busy week in Florence. "Lovely place and very helpful and friendly staff, especially at the bar/lunch area. The check-in process was flawless and very detailed, the grounds are stunning and the rooms are traditional yet it feels modern. Everything was clean and well kept. Opportunity to improve on reception’s English and not profiting from guests on Taxis rip off, if booking from the hotel. "

"Me and my wife stayed there for our honeymoon. We had an exceptional time. The service was exceptional. The pools and amenities were very nice. Great! Breakfast was just free. Located close to montel Chino and many great wineries. Specifically, we really enjoyed the wine tasting. The entire staff were great but here were some standouts , We were helped by Kristian who made us feel extremely welcomed and Morris who performed our wine tasting and he was an exceptional. Strong recommendation, great value."
