Ancient Tuscan farmhouse of 600 square meters consisting of 3 apartments and a hectare of garden. We offer you a detached house of 250 square meters on two levels.
The house consists of an entrance hall, large dining room, large kitchen.
On the first floor a sitting room with fireplace and sitting area, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower, a single bedroom and a half, a small, single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there is a double bedroom with a four poster bed, a twin bedroom with a shared bathroom with shower.
Outside tables for dining and barbecues.
To access the farmhouse, take a dirt road and a small climb.
You can take trips in the open air and upon your return a 10 x 6 swimming pool to share perhaps with other guests.
So much relaxation in an enchanting, isolated, silent, magical and breezy place. In these places it is possible to make cultural trips, on horseback, by mountain bike, by motorbike cross-guide, golf in the structure near Montalcino.
The property offers linen and towels.
There will be at your disposal, always staff who will stay in the villa to solve any problem.

Enchanting house and location

A very nice house surrounded by hills, remote access but well worth it! We had warm welcome from the owner! And really enjoy our stay: the house, the pool and the area.
