"When we checked In I asked for extra pillows because the ones they had were so flat and they said they did not have any extra. Then I booked the room from Thursday till Saturday and Friday when I was laying in bed around 8pm someone had a key to our room opened the door and said we were supposed to be out that he was checking the room when I clearly booked it till Saturday morning very disappointing and the bathroom was not very clean I had to get some bleach and clean it when I got there."

"The mattress and bed situation was kind of lacking. The mattress was hard as hell, just a fold up bed. The air conditioner/heat did not work in my room, when I checked in, I told the front desk, they said that the maintenance guy and manager had both left, they brought me some fans for the night. You can pay for parking, but they don’t guarantee you a spot. Parking is very limited and tight. The bar wasn’t open, they said it would be open later in the year hopefully. It’s more of an apartment feel Hotel than a hotel. It’s more of an apartment feel Hotel than a hotel. It’s a OK place to stay if you need to stay close to downtown, I guess."

"The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and beds were comfortable. The issue is when we arrived, our room was open but we didn’t immediately notice anything amiss. We assumed that it was the cleaning crew that just finished, but after being in the room for awhile we found a man hiding in the shower with the shower curtain closed. Upon finding this stranger in our room, we asked him to leave. Afterwards staff moved our room and there were no further issues. We were disappointed that there wasn’t any kind of discount for this issue, and likely will not stay at this location again. There could’ve been a major safety risk, especially because we had our children staying with us. Families beware of this hotel! "

"They charged fir the room, we paid, then they charged us again a +$8 then a +$6 without notice. They wrote down that it was fir parking!!!!!$ they never inform us about paying the parking. Ridiculous!!!"
