"everything was great until we woke up and the shower wouldn’t work. the water wouldn’t even turn on. Sasha, the front desk clerk was very rude and argumentative. i never once received any empathy or apologies, was simply told maintenance didn’t work on the weekends and my only option was to pack all your shower products and clothing and go to a different floor to a room that was available to shower in. i had to parade through a very busy hotel to the lobby to get a key and then back down a floor to an empty room to shower, while in my pajamas and bed head. then return to my room with wet hair to continue to get ready for my day. this wasn’t only me, my daughter too. no apologies, no compensation, just pure attitude from Sasha. "

"Fridge and microwave out. Tub wouldn't drain, and the whole place smelled moldy. AC was cold and the staff was nice. "

"The corner rooms a spacious with a great view. The only thing keeping this place from a 5star rating is the road noise. The hotel sits on the main drag for the younger croud on weekends, so it was noisy until around 1am when the hot rodding drivers finally went home. "

"They put me in a room in a high traffic location (right by the breakfast bar and service entrance, sharing a wall with the public bathrooms and was lobby adjacent). As a result I didn’t get much of what I was there for…sleep. Wouldn’t recommend. When I mentioned these issues the staff said “we get that a lot.” Nice. "

"Clean room and property and a pretty good breakfast. Hallways are a little narrow on 1st floor and parking garage is not connected and must park on 2nd and 3rd floors. "

"Listing didn’t advertise that our room was a windowless room. Definitely wouldn’t have booked it. Pool area had a great view and staff was cool. "
