Villa Stefania is an elegant house located by the sea in Costa Rei, set in one of the most picturesque landscapes of the south-eastern coast of Sardinia. It is situated opposite the eight-kilometre-long Piscina Rei beach, where exclusive single villas stand practically on the sea, perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 127 m² property consists of an independent living room with a sofa bed for one person, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms with showers, accommodating up to seven people. Inside, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, TV, air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, toaster, kettle, and hairdryer. The villa is equipped with mosquito nets in all rooms. The holiday home also offers a private outdoor area with a garden, both open and covered furnished terraces, barbecue, and two outdoor showers.



The property is just a few minutes from main services such as supermarket, newsstand, bar/tobacconist, restaurants/pizzerias, and ATM. Villa Stefania is only 200 metres from Piscina Rei beach. Families with children are welcome. Two parking spaces are available inside the property. Pets are not allowed, and smoking or parties are not permitted. You are required to respect afternoon and night quiet hours during your stay.
