Casa Sosi is a charming holiday home located in Costa Rei, one of the most popular destinations on Sardinia’s southeast coast, renowned for its long white sandy beach and crystal-clear sea. Its prime location allows you to reach the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, ice cream shops, and all main services within minutes on foot, so you can enjoy your holiday without needing a car.



Ideal for families, couples, and small groups of friends, the house accommodates up to 4 guests and offers comfortable, functional spaces. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with capsule coffee machine and washing machine, and a spacious living room with air conditioning (available only in the living area).



The outdoor spaces are designed for you to make the most of Sardinia’s climate. The private fenced garden is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, while the covered terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, is ideal for outdoor meals. Guests also have access to a private barbecue, an outdoor shower with hot water, and a pleasant sea view.



Convenient self check-in ensures maximum independence on arrival. Free parking is available along the street, and public transport is easy to reach. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented from a local laundry just minutes away, available for an extra fee.
