There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and washing machine, and a spacious living room with air conditioning, available only in the living area.



The outdoor spaces are designed for you to make the most of Sardinia’s climate. The private fenced garden is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, while the covered terrace, furnished with table and chairs, is ideal for outdoor meals. Guests also have access to a private barbecue, an outdoor shower with hot water, and a pleasant sea view.



Convenient self check-in ensures maximum independence on arrival. Free parking is available along the street, and public transport is easily accessible. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be conveniently rented from a local laundry just a few minutes away, available for an extra charge.
