"Very clean "

"Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I am not sure if you have to request housekeeping to clean your room but they never cleaned my room. I stayed from Friday to Monday morning. There was also a shortage of towels and wash clothes. Housekeeping staff was extremely overwhelmed and frustrated with management. Many were overheard complaining as I walked down the hall while they were cleaning rooms for more guests. The location was super convenient for Penn Relay events. I would stay here again, but request that my room be refreshed daily."

"The beds were made and they had clean towels. But they forgot to clean up the little things. Such as cleaning the coffee maker/removing the use coffee refill that another guest may be how to use an empty the water in the ice bucket. In other words, the staff were really good and very nice at the front desk."

"Overall, the place was clean. But, there were five large bags of garbage at the back door where the deflated, empty hot tub was located. There were several smoke detectors with no batteries. The third floor shower was leaking onto the bathroom floor, without anyone taking a shower. There is an issue behind the wall. None of the five TV remotes had batteries so no one could watch TV. I communicated this to the host and never got a response. Having no bathroom on the first floor should have been stated in the listing. We had a senior who found it difficult to use the bathroom when we were all sitting around talking. "
