"Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Exactly what my daughter and I needed for Florida Southern College (FSC) family weekend. She was glad to spend a couple of nights out of the dorms. An easy walk to FSC for activities. Stephen stayed in touch our entire stay. I just didn’t need anything. We would stay here again. "

"the bar and the room was excellent! the elevator was under repair but was fixed quickly. The side door was broken and there was not a large amount of parking but overall the hotel was great, room was very clean, staff was amazing and would stay again. I travel with a service dog and they made my trip great and welcoming. thank you!"

"This historic Lake Morton house did not disappoint. We have spent the last four years visiting and staying all over Lakeland as our oldest son has attended Florida Southern College. We love staying at different houses in the area and this has been our favorite. The funky decor, the view, and location are perfect. We could easily walk to the downtown area or over to the campus and to Lake Hollingsworth.Our son has now graduated but when we are back in the area this will be the first place we look to see if it is available."

"Wonderful, newly renovated property in desirable neighborhood near FSC and Lake Morton and Lake Hollingsworth! My only recommendation to improve this property is a few more kitchen supplies and a bigger sofa; otherwise a great home away from home!"
