"I loved the lake view. My room was a little noisy but there's not much you can do about that. I didn't get a free breakfast so not sure what happened with that. But the people who worked there was so pleasant and helpful I was really impressed. I would love to come again."

"Pet & Family friendly CLEAN and welcoming 2bd/1bth triplex in Florida Southern & Lake Hollingsworth’s back yard. Beautiful neighborhood. Close to everything in Lakeland and only 40ish minutes from Disney. Stayed 5 days with two adults, 2 children and two dogs—plenty of room & great layout. Split level—bedrooms & bathroom upstairs, living area with full size appliances in the kitchen downstairs. Designated parking was a plus. Communication with the owner was 5 stars as well. Very pleased!"

"House is located on a corner lot with unobstructed views of Lake Morton across the street. Sipping coffee on the front porch watching the sunrise with all the swans and ducks was a highlight. The house was amply stocked and perfect for our family. There was even a little Christmas tree decorated in the living room. We loved the different sitting areas. We were walking distance to downtown historic Lakeland, and a very short drive to Southeastern University for graduation festivities. The house is also a short drive to Florida Southern University. Our family drove from different parts of FL so there was plenty of driveway and free street parking. You are walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop and an ice cream shop. Be aware that the third bedroom is a twin with a trundle only accessible through the master which was fine for us. Also, the bathrooms are only accessible through the bedrooms which was fine for a family. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Wonderful, newly renovated property in desirable neighborhood near FSC and Lake Morton and Lake Hollingsworth! My only recommendation to improve this property is a few more kitchen supplies and a bigger sofa; otherwise a great home away from home!"
