"It was very clean and cute. The property is great - conveniently located minutes from Munising and Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore even has a couple of its own hiking trails on site. Stoves for your own personal campfire are a bonus!! "

Commune with nature and explore the great outdoors at Miners Castle Point during your travels in Munising. Stroll along the lakeside or seek out the hiking trails.
Towering sandstone cliffs and 17 cascading waterfalls frame the turquoise waters of Lake Superior's shoreline. Take a boat tour to see Pictured Rocks' colourful formations or kayak through sea caves when morning visibility is best.
Beautiful place and great food options. Must go to The Dog Patch. Excellent food and service. Only suggestion I have for anyone visiting there to see the falls and pictured rocks is, get maps. The signal up there is touch and go.

Munising is a very small and quiet town yet still tons to do. Different boat cruise options, pictured rock cruise or glass bottom. Close to Pictured Rock National Park so plenty to do and see with waterfalls.

Lots of waterfalls in the area to see and definitely do the Pictured Rocks Cruise at sunset. We usually had a wait in local restaurants so allow extra time and don't forget the Pasties.

Standpoint Beach was a nice spot to eat dinner. The hike to Chapel Rock and beach the next day was the highlight of our trip. (Awesome views!!)

Munising is a small town with a very limited amount of employees and a huge tourist population driving through demanding downstate amenities. Plan ahead for food and have extra patience's on whatever you're doing. Your coming here for the outdoors.

Quaint little town and a beautiful setting. We had very limited dining choices. After reviewing our options we decided on pizza only to find the best rated place was closed. The next option was poorly rated and mainly take out.

I'm from a big major US city. When I come to Munising, MI it's so nice to drive and not have crazy traffic while enjoying the trees, quiet streets and Lake Superior.

Nice town with lots of water activities possible. Really enjoyed our Kayak tour of Pictured Rocks! Restaurants ok, but over priced.
"This was a great place to stay and sit and watch the sunset. Tons of chairs in the open lawn - plenty of room for the kids to play and adults to sit and talk."
"Loved the staff—so welcoming, friendly and easygoing about everything! We’d camped and were full of wet gear, but they rolled with us graciously, let us hang things to dry around back, gave great recommendations from dining to laundromat & hiking/beaches"
