Very well designed hotel in new part of town. The area has a lot of promise with a few places to eat nearby and great supermarket but you will still need to walk into old part of town for action (15 min, nice walk if cross rail bridge and walk along canal). Absolutely amazing. I have been here a few times and have never been disappointed. Just the little things that makes everything so convenient. Only downfall the shower head was at a quite awkward position in that room.

Overall excellent stay. New owners are very accommodating. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety.

We booked two rooms for four nights. The hotel is very centrally located, close to the cathedral and the restaurant district. The rooms are brilliant, beds super comfy, toiletries provided lovely. Not cheap but worth every cent

Quick and efficient check in. Given room near the lift because of the amount of luggage we have. Room well presented with a very comfortable bed (having just flown from Australia this was needed and appreciated). Strangely there was only one teabag of each type and one biscuit and one chocolate in a double room. Surely 2 would have been reasonable. No problem with getting extra supplies. Auberge du Bonheur was a great place to stay. The staff were very obliging and helpful. They rented bicycles so we were able to get out and explore. The restaurant and staff were lovely and approachable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
