Notsoundproof.. Could hear if anyone walking on upper floor. Very noisy fridge, couldnt sleep well. Bad Wifi.. Nothing else. The rest was good.

The floors leading up to the room are very dirty. There was a price of tissue on the floor by the room. As soon as I walked into the bathroom I found a bug that was half dead on the floor.

This property is convenient to nearest public transportation, shopping centers, and grocery stores. I find the location property safe and management were able to assist and solve issues and answer questions I had. I have enjoyed my stay.

We liked the location of the property. It was loud with street traffic with the windows open- but we liked watching the activity happening around us as we drank coffee in the morning or sat in the window at the end of the day. The mini kitchen was handy and the treats left to start were nice! Lots of storage and seating.

OK hotel for the price but the cleaners at the hotel were extremely lazy. This hotel has limited cleaning which is as advertised but every time the cleaned my room the refused to take out my garbage. One time after they cleaned my room i placed the garbage outside my room only to get woken up the next morning to an angry woman cleaner demanding I take my own garbage out to the street. THIS IS NOT ON, there is no signs in the room or in my booking condition telling me this. GET YOUR STAFF IN LINE. I stayed at this hotel for almost 1 month and my room was cleaned twice. Very poor effort and when my room was cleaned the cleaners didn’t even finish the job.

Long term stay friendly
Well equipped for a long stay, staff is very friendly and helpful! Location is close to the U-Bahn and you can easily reach the city.

Its was a nice stay. Location was good and metro is quite convenient. Front staff is friendly and knows English well. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Would stay here again

price / quality not working at all!
Send me for my 3 days stay to the rooftop on west wing, very long way to get there, right under the roof, extreme hot, no aircon. No chance to open windows becuse noise level so bad! The promoted serviced room with dishes was only the 2nd day available, not even a coffee maker or a cup was available. The price sold over the counter for similar room like mine was € 51,- per night, while I had to pay with hotel.com apr. € 85,- !!! This kind of price / quality level does not fit at all!

Not ideal if you want a comfortable stay.
It says ‘JOYN serviced living’ outside the hotel which makes it very confusing when you drive there and you’re not sure if you’ve arrived at the right place. There’s also no room service / cleaning. the hotel is divided into west and east wings that only connect on 2 levels making it a nuisance if you’re staying on the higher floors.

Very spacious room, easy check-in and check-out
Room was very spacey, quiet with sound proof windows, parking was easy and considerably cheap. Little kitchen was present just with a basic equipment. Shower was nice and clean, sheets also.

Staff were very good! Though we arrived after 6 p.m. at night there was somebody able to help us with checking in. The staff were available to provide a travel adaptor and kettle which we needed. The room was comfortable and quiet. There was a lack of adequate cooking utensils (had a large saucepan and frying pan, only one wine glass). The buffet breakfast was the same each day but sufficient. we did not feel hungry again until the evening!

A good hotel. Very well situated. Next to an important subway-metro station. A great starting point to explore the city... Rooms are spacious and comfortable... Big bed... Couch.. Heated floor in the bathroom... Breakfast buffet is awesome and only 8.50 euros. There s a bar. Playground outside. Very good place. I would definitely go back next time around...

Good hotel next to the subway station but far from the attractions of the city, the staff very rude, they gave me a hotel room where there was no hot Water, they were very strict even that they had rooms available that you only can get the hotel room at 3 PM or after. The staff is not friendly at all or helpful, they made me wait one hour in the lobby and couldn't leave because they were trying to turn on the hot water, but they did not wanted to change me to another room instead.

Great for a short stay, restful, quiet & clean
My Home is a very practical, clean and new hotel. All the room facilities are very new and modern. The hotel isn’t a place I’d spend hours hanging around, however it’s very close to a large shopping mall and more importantly the S Bahn to get into the centre of the city within 15 mins. Parking was free too, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

A fantastic place to stay, very good clean rooms and just a 3 min walk to the U Bahn (underground train) and that is a super quick trip all over Munich. This place has a great little bar and prices are very good and the Breakfast is excellent. There is a shopping mall 2 minutes away by foot and plenty of food available .. Good price and good location.. And a nice place if you like a morning walk... Dont hesitate to book with these guys. ... by the way I'm fussy.
