The new-build apartment "Familienglück Nähe München" is perfect for four people or a family. One bedroom with a double bed and a cozy sofa bed in the spacious living room in the basement. The kitchen is well equipped and offers everything you need. A sunny terrace invites you to linger.



Quiet but centrally located with playground in 300m, supermarket, bakery, post office and bank approx. 700 m away. New development area near golf course; hiking trails and forest within walking distance. Farms within sight with horses, cows and chickens. E-car charging station available for a fee.

Schön und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Unsere Kinder durften sogar auf deren Trampolin springen. Es gab auch wertvolle Tips für Ausflüge in der Umgebung.

Toll ausgestattete kleine Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sofort angekommen gefühlt. Es war wirklich alles da. Jede Menge Handtücher, Badartikel und eine mit wirklich allem ausgestattete Küche. Technisch auch auf dem aktuellsten Stand. Können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
