Our apartment is located 30 minutes southeast of Munich and the same time from the Chiemsee. The S-Bahn S-4 Grafing is 8 km away ...

The luxurious, cozy and romantic vacation apartment is designed in African style, just as business people, trade fair visitors, vacation guests who like a special style want it. Wedding couples feel extremely comfortable in the romantic ambience. The apartment is certified by the German Tourism Association with 5 ***** stars. Outside there is a garden, a cozy terrace, sun loungers and garden furniture, play facilities on a large lawn and a barbecue

We, Maria and Franz Eitermoser, have fulfilled a few dreams with our "African Dream". Through many trips to Africa we have

the unique atmosphere, magnificent landscapes and lovely people and fantastic lodges. With our vacation apartment we have brought southern Africa to Bavaria

and we pass this dream on to our guests. African living dreams in the appealing landscape of the foothills of the Alps, away from the hustle and bustle.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich wunderschön und so liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir waren 14 Tage zu Gast und haben jeden Tag neue kleine Details entdeckt. Es ist alles was man braucht in sehr guter Qualität vorhanden. Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen aber diese hier, „ Der Afrikanische Traum ist schon was ganz besonderes.“ Der Vermieter Herr Eitermoser ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, immer ansprechbar ob Tipps zu Unternehmungen Retaurants oder sonstige Belangen.Schon im Vorfeld hat er uns angerufen und sich ein wenig informiert wer kommt um sich auf uns vorzubereiten. Er hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheissen und noch viel liebevoller verabschiedet. Der Urlaub war wirklich wunderschön und durch die Tipps vom Herrn Eitermoser haben wir viel in der Umgebung sehen können.Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit und Danke dass wir Ihre Gäste sein durften.

Herr Eitermoser war sehr hilfsbereit ; hat uns viele Wander - und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten nennen können. Man braucht halt ein Auto um alles Sehenswerte zu besichtigen. Die Wohnung selber ist wirklich ein Traum. Alle Details passen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros: Schon auf der Homepage waren wir von der Ausstattung dieses Hauses fasziniert. Die Realität hat die Fotos noch übertroffen, liebevollst eingerichtet wie eine afrikanische Lodge und draußen im Freien dann wieder ganz bairisch. Es war ein wirklich entspannter Urlaub und mit den Empfehlungen des Hausherrn besuchten wir einige typische Lokalitäten und gastronomische Freuden.

Pros: Wir hatten eine sehr schöne u. erholsame Woche im "Afrikanischen Traum". Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll im Afrika Style eingerichtet, die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und es fehlt an nichts. Herr u. Frau Eitermoser sind perfekte Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und um das Wohl der Gäste sehr bemüht. Die Gespräche mit Herrn Eitermoser sind sehr interessant und informativ. Lage u. Ausstattung der Wohnung sind perfekt. Fazit: Alles bestens und hervorragend! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank und beste Wünsche Herzliche Grüße Christa & Bernd

Wie soll man dieses herzliche Willkommen beschreiben, oder das Gefühl des Nachhausekommens, obwohl man noch nie da war....?Diese Ferienwohnung sollte eigentlich ein Geheimtipp bleiben, den wir mit keinem teilen möchten...Es ist einfach alles phantastisch, durchdacht, liebevoll eingerichtet, gepflegt, penibelst sauber, wunderschön, beeindruckend, ruhig....wir packen am besten zu Hause gar nicht erst aus und kehren um! Vielen lieben Dank für diesen traumhaften Urlaub und bis zum nächsten Jahr!
