Knödelhof 'Appartement 12/13' with Shared Terrace and Wi-Fi

One room has 3 single beds, two of which can be put together to form a double bed.

Two rooms are separated by a passageway. The second room has 2 single beds, which can also be put together to form a double bed. It has a seating area with table and SAT-TV.



It is equipped with a bathroom, 2 showers and WC.



The apartment has a kitchen with a 2-plate stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. The most necessary crockery is available - glasses, cups, plates and cutlery.



Classic-sized towels are provided, but no shower towels. You would need to bring your own if required.

Our guesthouse is located in the Munich district, just a few minutes by car from the A99—an ideal base for exploring Munich and its surroundings. The Riem/Munich East trade fair is about 10 minutes away, PEP and the Phoenix swimming pool Ottobrunn are easily accessible. The Allianz Arena is around 20 minutes away, the airport about 30 minutes. Tegernsee, Schliersee, and Chiemsee are also within easy reach.



In the nearby town center, you will find a pharmacy, a bakery with breakfast, banks, and restaurants.



Smoking is only allowed in a small lounge on the balcony and outside on the ground floor. Twelve parking spaces and public street parking are available. One pet is allowed on request and for an additional fee.



Please observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. The guest lounge is available to all guests and can also be rented exclusively for events. Please contact the host via the booking platform.
