"The staff was helpful throughout our stay, making sure our needs were met. While there is a fridge in our room, it doesn’t contain a freezer section. The staff assisted with that. Our goldendoodle was well received. There’s a welcoming-vibe outside area with brick walls. Variety breakfast provided. We are picky coffee drinkers - Starbucks is 3 miles away. The shower was the only iffy part - water pressure. Will definitely stay another time!"

"It’s always a pleasant stay. Love this hotel, the staff and the rooms. The bed is the most comfortable along with the room itself. It’s my go to stay when visiting from Birmingham and I’m in Talladega ATV riding. Staff is most welcoming as well. "

"this was pretty much exactly what you would expect. The only reason I can’t give the staff five stars is because the host was so clearly incredibly sick. I felt bad for her having to be there, but I also felt the need to stay as far away as possible and sanitize the key card she touched"

"I don’t think this room has ever seen a mop. The bathroom reeked of stale urine and the floors were sticky with, you guessed it, stale urine. "

"The room was very comfortable and spacious, clean and well supplied with amenities. Breakfast included a wide selection of hot and cold options staffed by a really nice attendant. The hotel is within walking distance of more than a half dozen restaurants for other meals. We enjoyed our stay at the Oxford Fairfield and would book again."
