Dirty, needs cleaning. Room comfortable.

Pool looks dirty. Wife did not want to swim due to black stuff on pool walls. She said pool railing was very loose. The American flag is tattered and should be replaced. Carpets are very dirty and need a good cleaning. The room was in better shape and comfortable. No ice bucket. There are plenty of other hotels around that I will stay at next time.

A Mix

This hotel was a mixed bag. Staff was friendly and evening staff was especially engaged. There apparently were computer problems and our room was assigned to someone else before we even checked out. The room was spacious and the kitchen, dishes, etc. nice. The room was reasonably clean but definitely not spotless. The breakfast sounded good but though I arrived 10 minutes before they closed there was not much other than oranges and bread left to eat.

Bugs in rooms!

A pool was listed as an amenity, however we discovered the pool was closed indefinitely once we arrived on property. My room was pleasant up until I discovered a cockroach in the kitchen area. The staff was very friendly and I have no complaints other than those listed above. I was able to cancel the remainder of my stay.

I will never stay there again in life!!

I feel as if I'm due a refund. Day 1 I spoke with the manager because I called before coming and asked if there was a wall between bed and sofa and they said yes. When I arrived, they had a curtain. There was a big roach in the room upon arrival. There was no blanket, and they used a bed skirt for the blanket. I was very disappointed with this hotel. It was very outdated. I have stayed at several Home2 Suites in different states and it was up to date and immaculate. My stay was very uncomfortable. The shades wouldn't go up and the dull lighting kept the room dark. The sofa looks too old and dirty to sit on.
