"Hotel muy limpio y cuidado, las habitaciones son tambien amplias. El desayuno bueno y suficiente, hay algo de buffet(fruta, cereales,zumo y cafe) y te dan a elegir un plato de 4 que hay en el menu(panqueques,huevos,tortilla...). Por la tarde hacen palomitas y hay cafe gratis yodo el dia. Al llegar te dan muchas indicaciones para disfrutar de Monteverde."

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem einzigartigen Resort. Wegen der Nebensaison bekamen wir ein kostenloses Upgrade. Das Zimmer war geräumig, großzügig eingerichtet mit sehr bequemen Betten. Rund um die Gebäude gibt es verschiedene Wanderpfade. Das Resort produziert viele der im Restaurant verwendeten Zutaten selbst, alles ökologisch angebaut. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Bar bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Golf von Nicoya."

"Staff were welcoming and very helpful. They were quite knowledgeable about local attractions, and even sent us a list of recommended restaurants, all three of which we tried were quite good. Breakfast is excellent. The room was functional but spartan. As examples, there’s only one trash can, and the night stand is a chunk of firewood stood on end. There’s no AC, but there’s a huge ceiling fan. The entrances to both the upper and lower parking lots are a little nuts and super steep; you almost need four wheel drive to access them. The only real “complaint” is that we stayed in the lower building, and the sewer/septic system is immediately behind it; if we opened the bathroom window there was a quite unpleasant odor."

"From the moment we got to the hotel until we left, the staff were wonderful. My family and I were greeted with freshly made juice blend that was delicious and our bags were taken to our room. We booked activities prior to arriving but wish we hadn’t because they help you with all of that as well, which includes transportation to and from the hotel. I highly recommend the night walk and zip line activities. We had to leave early in the morning due to an early afternoon flight out of San Jose, and they even packed us. Breakfast to go for that as well. My wife and I are looking forward to coming back as this was a very peaceful place. We took our six year old daughter and she loved it as well. It rained the entire time we were there but it does say cloud forest after all, so in a way, that was expected. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you for making our stay memorable."

"We stayed for three nights. The rooms were spacious, clean, with comfortable beds. The staff is amazing (I’d like to call out Adonis who is part of the dining/bar staff) and very helpful. The breakfast is also really nice. It is conveniently located a short walk from the town center. Overall, ticked all the boxes."
