The hotel was pretty run down and creepy, especially for $150 a night. The pool looked like something you’d see in a horror movie.

I got there on Tuesday evening second floor hallway smelled like marijuana so bad you could hardly walk down it without getting high. Wednesday night about midnight somebody kept setting the fire alarm off, so it just wasn’t a very nice stay. Very noisy during the night. The front door was always open.

Highly recommend this Comfort Inn. A few observations- lights on smoke detector above my bed blinked all night long, bed light kept going on and off, and know matter what motel I stay at the shower head is clogged with lime and water doesn’t come out in a nice stream.

Very happy.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating to guests. Our room was super clean. It’s located just a couple of blocks from the university for families with students there. We were very pleased and would chose the Comfort Inn again.

The location was perfect, convenient to campus, shopping and restaurants. The hotel and our room were clean. Our only possible complaint is that the beds were a little tall for my mother-in-law, and on the firm side.

This was a quiet and clean place to stay when we visited the Ball State campus. The front desk staff was very nice and we even enjoyed the pool.

Worst hotel stay of the year. We stay in - at least - one hotel a month. This was the worst. Terrible service. Burnt out light bulbs. Electric sockets that didn't work. We had to get up at 5 am and we could hear people walking above us all night. People in the parking lot. Really an overpriced low quality dump

Took our grandchildren on an overnight trip to make some memories. Had I known the pool was closed for maintenance I would have cancelled and went somewhere else. Wasn't even told it was closed by the front clerk when we checked in, we just happened to see the sign on the door! The first floor ice machine was broken, the side door was broken so it was an exit only! The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast area, the employee kept it clean and stocked and was available when something was needed.
