Unbearable Experience at Hotel Paris Residency
Incorrect location on Google Maps led to a frustrating and extensive walk, wasting time and energy.
No confirmation from Hotels.com to the hotel resulted in prolonged discussions and delays during check-in.
Rooms were shabby, cramped, and lacked maintenance, a stark contrast to the elegant images presented online.
Shocking discovery of cockroaches on the bed, denied room change, and dismissive attitude from the staff.
Non-functional Wi-Fi throughout the stay made it difficult to stay connected and attend to important matters.
Inadequate washrooms with broken fixtures and lack of cleanliness further diminished the experience.
A broken cover overhead heightened concerns about safety and maintenance.
The surrounding area felt unsafe, adding to the discomfort and unease during the stay.
In conclusion, the stay at Hotel Paris Residency in Mumbai was an unbearable ordeal due to incorrect location, lack of confirmation, shabby rooms, presence of cockroaches, non-functional Wi-Fi, inadequate washrooms, safety concerns, and an overall disappointing experience.
