After booking it 2 months ahead and calling ahead 12 hours ago, we had a Terrible stay !!. After checkingvin at 2:30a, we had to deal with plumbing issues - the bathroom sink and shower would not drain. We had to shower standing in dirty water. The bathroom had zero ventilation. The staff came and told us that was not a bid deal and that they would fix them in the morning. Next day we had to check out. One good thing was that they stored our luggage for 2 hours after check out.

The pics online are NOT what it is in reality. The staff is nice, but the hotel is under construction and needs to be cleaned, painted, etc. The location is right in the middle of a very chaotic spot, so if you are a tourist I really recommend Colaba as the area to stay
