I had superior room booked by work and later in added extra night at standard rooms (by hotels.com) which I needed to move to which turned out to be better! Bathroom in the superior room was a little bit uncomfortable..but all in all just ok stay

This us not a 4 star room stink shower got plug up even i had resvation i still was waiting for a room wich they cleaned on the spot so i waited 30 min very bad service not cleen room nasty blanket i found a bug died under my pillow this is not a 4 star it like a 2 star i would say the only thing i found was good the food was delicious

Nice and clean. Location was very exl for my needs

It is very nice place. Rooms are nice and clean. For all rooms there is no window .breakfast is good but the same everyday. The service of pepule is very good.

Poor Room Facilities ...

Door was open to the room i was checking into. On asking Prakash who led me to my room, he mentioned that accidentally the house keeping staff may have left it open. My fear came true while I was sleeping ... had mousquitoes bothering me, and along with that the ac remote only seems to operate from a certain direction in the room and not from the side of the bed which I was sleeping on (only figured this out later). On asking the reception at 4 am to replace my remote and for a mousquito repellent they sent a ac engineer which is when I was informed about the sensor ... and they did not have the courtesy to send across a repellent event then. Let me also add, the mattress is horrible.

O hotel é realmente limpo, os quartos são muitos bons assim como o banheiro. O café da manhã também é bom. A área externa é razoável e a localização também. Meu maior problema foi com a recepção. Fiz a reserva e paguei antecipadamente aqui pelo Hoteis.com. Ao chegar no hotel eles não tinham a reserva, tive que enviar o e-mail que recebi da Hoteis.com com os valores que eu paguei ao site, perguntaram meu nome e o valor que eu paguei 3 vezes e depois de muitos desencontros e cerca de 40 minutos entregaram a chave do quarto. Esse foi o ponto negativo da estadia.

Decent Hotel - Would not suggest for Siteseeing

I chose this hotel as an alternative to the busy sections of the city while on work. While the hotel was convenient, I found that the rooms were less than ideal as the windows didn't actually look outside, but looked into the hallways. As such, I felt like a bit of a hermit as, to ensure privacy, I didn't open the blinds to natural light for more than a few minutes a day. It was raining quite a bit during my visit, so not much to walk around and see in this area. Further, please be prepared to wait/not get your ride from cab aggregators as they seem to have difficulty finding the place.

Hotel Staff is a Issue

Comfort Inn had good rooms and was located in a easy area where we were able to grab and taxi and go anywhere. Our biggest issue was the staff and hotel issue we encountered. First, we were three people and they refuse to give room key more than 1, so all our planning had to be around who will meet where to open the room door if we are out separately. This does not make sense. One night we had the staff open the door for us with a master key. When we got there initially they could not find our reservation, after giving all booking information we were able to get our room, another one which I had not paid for. Then, we had evening/night shift manager Mr. Sharma who was beyond rude to the point he accused us of lying about a balance due regarding the extra bed we had gotten for the room. After making him realize that he was associated us with the wrong booking he did not even apologize, instead he blamed the staff member who was super nervous due to Mr. Sharma's behavior to begin with. Then, there was a power outage in the hotel which he did not inform us about. Once discovered for next 15 hours we and the entire hotel guests suffered in the extreme heat of Mumbai while the manager had his backup AC on. Extremely unprofessional staff and no manners in speaking. Staff needs training and the hotel needs to get a backup system for power outages.

BEDBUGS!!! Don't stay here!!!

There were bedbugs in our room, I highly discourage anyone from staying here!!! The staff did not give any concession and was very unhelpful and not friendly at all!!
