Very practical, Tram, Bus and parking house nearby. Cinemas and restaurants right over the street. Small swimming pool which can be used, but is not really clean (there are particles swimming in the water and last time we found a plaster, which was still there 2 weeks later. It's not a room, but an apartment, with kitchen. On one day, we didn't receive towels (old ones have been taken, but no new ones were provided). Massive, massive amounts of dust under the bed. A bit of mold in the shower (although everything looks very new). All in all it is still great for that price.

Wonderful little apartment where I wish I would have stayed longer. Very clean, spacious, and well furnished. Closed to downtown, easy to get on the highway, and lovely canal path just behind the residence. Pool is also nice, as are the front desk staff. Price is paid was ridiculously low, would definitely stay again!

Grosse surprise à notre arrivée de découvrir une résidence pour personnes âgées et non un hôtel ! cette petite particularité n'était pas mentionner dans l'annonce. L'appartement était en revanche très fonctionnel, spacieux et très propre. Il faisait très chaud ce jour là, pas de climatisation et impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte à cause d'une forte circulation juste en bas. La piscine est peu fréquentée nous avons pu bien en profiter. Séjour quelque peu atypique mais plutôt agréable malgré tout !

Het was in onze kamer 27 graden en niet koel te krijgen, zonder airco. Het ligt vlak naast een drukke weg, maar de ramen hebben wel luiken die het geluid iets dempen. De kamers/appartementen zijn wel erg goed. Alles is aanwezig en schoon. Ruim opgezet en modern. Als ze iets kunnen doen aan de klimaat regeling is dit wel een ideaal doorreis hotel.

Un avis mitigé, car annonce trompeuse

Il n'y a rien à redire sur le logement lui-même. La chambre est propre, le bâtiment est quasi-neuf. Par contre, pas satisfait du fait que : - il s'agit d'une maison de retraite dont certaines chambre sont louées pour des voyageurs de passage. Du coup, on côtoie les résidents et ça fait un peu drôle. Il serait plus correct de prévenir de cela lors de la réservation pour ne pas être pris au dépourvu. Ce n'est pas gênant en soit mais nous aurions préféré être prévenus plutôt que de le découvrir au moment de notre arrivée. - le parking, soit disant gratuit et disponible, n'existe pas (plus?). Soit il faut avoir la chance qu'une des 4-5 places devant le bâtiment soit dispo, soit il faut se garer dans la rue ou dans le parking du cinéma en face (payant). Il s'agit d'une tromperie sur l'offre. - la chambre pour 4 personnes que nous avions réservée n'était que très partiellement équipée en conséquence. Si l'hôtel propose des peignoirs, pourquoi n'y en a-t-il que 2 ? Les couverts de la cuisine ne sont qu'au nombre de 4... Il pourrait être pertinent d'être un peu plus large, notamment lorsqu'une fourchette vient à manquer (vécu)... Et bien une personne mange avec les doigts ? De plus, absence de grille-pain, alors que mentionné. - Enfin, les appartements n'étant pas climatisés, en cas de chaleur, c'est difficile de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes. D'une côté une route assez passante, et de l'autre un canal avec une "chute d'eau" juste à côté du bâtiment et particulièrement bruyante.

Belle surprise ,très beau studio, bien agencé avec plateau de courtoisie et une salle de bains toute équipée. Calme et confort surtout après une longue journée. Le plus la piscine pour apprécier le jacuzzi. Merci pour l'accueil et particulièrement à zavier pour sa disponibilité et sa patiente lors de mon soucis de connexion. Je dois faire d'autres séjours dans la résidence et ce sera avec plaisir. Merci

Ideale overnachtingsplek op doorreis

Nabij de snelweg (goed bereikbaar), mooi appartement met (open) keukentje in de zit-/eet-kamer en keurig sanitair. Gratis gebruik van net indoor zwembad. Slechts 1 minder positief puntje (lag mogelijk aan ons): we hadden moeite om de ingang en de parkeerplaats te vinden. Door `in de buurt' te parkeren en het hotel eerst lopend te benaderen vonden we onze weg...

Résidence neuve.

Séjour agréable dans une résidence neuve. Nous avons été un peu surpris que celle-ci soit une résidence senior. Appartement neuf et spacieux avec tous les équipements nécessaires, commerces proches et cinéma juste en face.
