"The room was clean, however, the bed was hard, and the wall unit sounded like a tornado. The toilet was so low to the ground I felt I was falling and am only 4'11'. There is no body wash in the shower, the hair dryer hangs on the back of the bathroom door and bangs around and if you have a room in the back, you have terrible I-270 traffic noise. Parking was fine."

"The rooms smelled like old beds/bedding. We literally went to tell the front desk about our toilet not flushing and no one was to be found. There were dirty towels on the floor on the hallways for several hours was fibally gone this am as well as a ladder and vent popped open in the hallways and the halls also smelled bad too. Not sure how this place has a 9 star review .thank god it was a one night stay to catch the crew game."

"Hotel was decent and clean. Staff weren't rude but they weren't exactly friendly either. Phone didn't work in the room and our room type wasn't available upon check in. We changed room types it's was just unfortunate. Overall an ok place to lay your head for a budget friendly price point. We did not utilize there breakfast but I was told it was just a basic continental with granola bars, oatmeal, and coffee. "
