"We thoroughly enjoyed our room for two nights - king bed and a sectional couch. Loved the area and had many restaurants to pick from. Breakfast was also nice. Only downside was the bathroom was tiny! Had to step over toilet or into the shower to close the door! 😆"

"All of the team members were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. It looked like it was recently remodeled and painted. Lisa is incredible as property manager. The pool was very nice. The only issues were more age related of the property. The door on one of the bathrooms wouldn't close properly. The bath gel in the shower was empty. Maid service was only every two weeks. We would stay here again."

"There was a soda or something sticky spilled on the floor near the pool so we couldn’t set luggage down near the adjacent door. Also, this was on a Sunday morning (5-31-26). The breakfast buffet was out of half the food and the woman working the kitchen said she wouldn’t have more until Thursday. That’s just unprofessional if you say you have a continental breakfast, and don’t have most of the food for most of the week. The cereal was stale and the oatmeal wasn’t cooked, but was just soaking in warm water."

"Having stayed at another Hilton in the area, was disappointed in the dated room and cleanliness. unfortunately, we weren’t able to get a reservation at the Hilton on Lane Avenue in Columbus. This hotel wasn’t even in the same ballpark. The smell on our floor was horrible. There were several little things wrong with our room such as the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall the mirrors look like they have been cleaned with 30 paper towels. The pillow was as flat as a pancake had to be doubled over to use, and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Our room was cleaned during our stay evidently the person who did the cleaning did not open the dishwasher. The dishes were there upon our arrival and still there when we left this hotel just wasn’t up to the Hilton standards that were used to we were not informed that there was a snack available on Wednesday evening. I believe the reservation is behind the desk said it was soup. You would think upon arrival the amenities would all have been listed and given to the person checking in."
