"The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. Highly recommended!"

"Perfect apartment for us ,11 Adults + 6 kids, individual bedrooms with attached bathroom and the huge kitchen as family room. The kids enjoyed the pool, the freedom to run around and we adults felt very welcome too. Johanna and her family were always within reach. We definitely would come back."

"For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room. The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."

"Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für eine Fanilienfeier gebucht mit insgesamt 19 Personen. Jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad, was für eine große Gruppe perfekt war. Jeder hat seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit und es gibt kein Stau im Bad. Die Küche war allerdings nicht komplett für so viele Personen ausgestattet. Kochen für 19 Personen ist schwer, aber machbar. "This was a fabulous house, very well kitted out, comfortable beds, super & plentiful shower rooms, great kitchen & a lovely garden. To have ones own well water was a real treat & the owners were delightful & very easy to communicate with. "Ich habe 7 Nächte in der kleinen, extrem gemütlichen behaglichen Wohnung verbracht. Der Schlaf war sehr erholsam. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Wanderwege gibt es praktisch vom Haus weg. Sogar Seen sind per Fuß leicht zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin schmückte die Wohnung mit frischen Blumen und ein leckeres Geschenk stand auf dem Tisch. Ich habe vor, wieder zu kommen. Danke für diese erholsame Aus-Zeit!"

"The picture of the property is misleading. It’s actually a hotel with an entrance in the fast food place! The property is also fenced off at this time for renovations! So my review is timely and might change! The actual ‘Hotel room’ was fantastic with great views of the valley from the balcony! We were in room 308, but the elevator goes actually DOWN to the third level??? I guess the EG (Mainlevel from the store and Restaurant) is on level 4. Check in was done thru the store in a very hectic manner! Parking was not explained, which we found later on our walk! It’s behind the building and you have to oppose the one way only traffic to get there! Next the entire Area is just a major Bus and Truck stop! Nearest grocery store is 7 km away! "
