"The hotel was pretty nice and in a good spot for getting to and from different locations around the more tourist-focused locations of New York City. Very convenient bus and subway stops were right outside the hotel. The areas directly outside of the hotel were a little dirty and there was a bit of construction work going on the streets. The staff were all very friendly and helpful during our stay. We also appreciated the security they had making sure only hotel guests could enter the elevators...

I was told by phone that there was parking on site, which there is not, and this was problematic for our stay.
