"Coming from the airport, there’s a convenient public transportation stop that leaves you about two streets away from the hotel. It’s an easy walk, though I did wander around the neighborhood a little more than necessary at first. That said, the area is incredibly quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciated after a day of traveling. At check-in, they charged a small city tax of 2.31, and they accept both cash and card. The process was quick and straightforward. Once in the elevator, you simply follow the signs to your room. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they’re very comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was a bit firmer than I’m used to, but I still slept very well. Everything was spotless, which made the stay even more pleasant. I also liked that the room has its own heater, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your preference. Right outside the property, there isn’t much going on, especially at night. During my evening walk, I noticed a few joggers along the nearby waterfront path, adding to the calm atmosphere. I recommend paying close attention to nearby public transportation stops, as it’s easy to pass them without noticing. A big plus is that public transportation runs late, even on Sundays. Overall, it’s a peaceful location near Zürich, but plan ahead since few food spots stay open late."

"The fact that everything is paid for is really not pleasing up to spoon . Never heard it may be u should state it in your page that we pay for everything so we can be prepared "

"The whole entire reason for staying at this hotel was the free shuttle service. So we could stay after flying and get the early trains out the next day. Despite me asking on check in about the shuttle- just come down and the next day telling us to wait the shuttle be here. turns out the shuttle only comes when pre booked (WHY DIDNT ANYONE SAY When specifically asked). NO shuttle- told only solution is to walk to the tram (not far but through a construction site and with kids and bags- a faff & not what we signed upto. Missed the train- so had to wait 1 hour and waste the day. Wouldnt stay again- incompetent"
