"The hotel was centrally located in Zurich with easy access to main points of interest and public transportation. My room was very small, however it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff of the property are excellent, kind, helpful , professional and friendly. The breakfast was great with many choices of food and eggs/omelette made to your choice. Overall it was a very good stay at Best Western Zurcherhof in Zurich"

Spoke to the receptionist and he offered another room but it was smaller than the first one, amenities was only for two people when we were three including towel. The receptionist was helpful, checkin/out was smooth, rooms are very clean, good location, coop supermarket is nearby."
