The main bathroom includes a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet with complimentary toiletries, while a second toilet is located in the laundry alongside a washer and dryer for longer stays.
Split-system air conditioning and heating are installed in every bedroom and the lounge, with ceiling fans for year-round comfort. Parking includes one carport space, an additional driveway spot and plenty of free 24/7 street parking. Please note the garage is not accessible to guests, and the fireplace is not operational.
