"Check in staff were terrible; rude, slow to respond and not concerned with customer service. Room numbering service is odd and confusing. Reception and restaurant was shut down for most of the weekend except for breakfast. Main doors don’t work so you have to walk around to the back door of the hotel after you climb the main stairs to read their small note to search for another door, reception and restaurant was closed all Sunday afternoon and evening.
