I loved their hospitality, any time I need something with one simple call from the room I got it. Ozgur was so helpful polite friendly and respectful. We will definitely come back to this hotel."

"A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. "New, spotless rooms. Clean spa, attentive staff. Really good breakfast. Checkout took a bit long because they had to go check what was consumed at the minibar. I thought it was weird, but I wasn't in a rush."
