8.8/10 Excellent! (2,541 reviews)
Surprisingly good for what was to be expected from a basic hotel (albeit at Edinburgh prices!) Rooms have everything that you need, great central location and staff were friendly enough. The room was quite warm though, and unfortunately the air con was reset centrally during the night, which made for a quite uncomfortable sleep.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (24 reviews)
The property was well located in proximity to the centre. The parking was good right outside the property. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed.
On arrival I was greeted by the owner who was very approachable and helpful during my stay. Definitely visiting again.
