The food was one of the best we've had throughout our entire trip of Japan as well. The room and atmosphere was also very cozy and we loved pretty much everything!"

"Extremly convenient for staying close to Universal. It was roughly a 6 min walk to the gates, or to City Walk - endless food options. There are literally 3 Lawson locations in City Walk, and another un the neighbouring hotel, and yet another about 500m away. Two 7 Elevens nearby as well. There is a small fridge in the room. We used the laundry room on the 2nd floor - a bit expensive and the dryer wasn't the greatest, even after doing double the time. Staff were wonderful. Highly recommend."
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff were exceptional; very friendly and helpful. We booked the Grand Family Room, which was very comfortable and spacious, perfect for our young family during our stay. The area is on a quiet street, close to a 7/11 and around 15 minutes walk to Dotonbori. Overall, we would happily stay here again!"
