"We usually choose this location when in Beckley, WVA but this time our experience was poor. I rented two rooms, in one room the toilet had issues not wanting to flush and when it did it wouldn't flush all the way. In the other room the TV remote would not work, so we couldn't watch TV. The staff tried to help fixed the problem but couldn't. Also, the shower drains in both rooms didn't drain well.( fast enough before next person showered)"

"They were undergoing renovations while we were there. Had we known such, we would have booked elsewhere. The renovations meant no true breakfast. And made the laundry area hard to find. Also, we had issues connecting via the app to the laundry devices. Thankfully one of the construction workers saved that for us. The room itself was great. And the front desk folks were very pleasant. "

"The breakfast menu was okay. No fruit, no non dairy milk or creamer. Eggs have powdered milk, so having gluten and dairy allergy limits the diet. Disappointing that no fruit was available."
