"As the other reviews have correctly noted ... this is an ideal home. Of note is that we stayed there when it was hot spell, but the design of the house plus the fans and an a/c (in one bedroom) made it very comfortable.Mornings and evenings on the large deck were so comfortable.We enjoyed being able to walk our puppy in the well shaded yard.It's very quick to get into Kaslo. We had a great afternoon at nearby Fletcher Creek Falls Recreation site with a short (but steep) hike past the waterfall to a sand & pebble beach.I hope that we'll be able to return."

"Beautiful house. It was the perfect size for our group. Great location and the most wonderful view from the back deck of the lake and mountains. It was the perfect place to sit anytime of the day and hang out and enjoy the view. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Check in was super easy and all questions were answered promptly."

"This cabin was exactly as advertised and exactly what we were looking for. Janet and her daughter and son-in-law were welcoming, hospitable, helpful, and respected our privacy. At the end of 2 weeks I didn’t want to leave. We plan on coming back to this cabin in a beautiful corner of the world."

"You never know what you’re really booking & wonder if the pictures, description & reviews are honest. This place was amazing. Everything was perfect. It was super clean, quiet, comfy.The location is so central, we enjoyed a few days of not driving at all & walked everywhere in town. It was very nice to have a proper kitchen as we made breakfast & coffee each morning, & I made supper most nights, we saved a lot of money not eating at restaurants every meal. We have already decided that this will be a place we return to next year & hope to stay even longer. It was so nice to come into the suite after a day wandering around & have it be so nice & cool. The outside temps were in the low 30’s each day so being comfortable at night to sleep was very relaxing. Can’t wait to book again & will encourage friends & family to stay here."

"The property is in a great location - a few minutes from downtown and so not as crowded, very rustic, peaceful and quiet. The property is big and guests can walk around the property, lie on a hammock under the trees or sit on chairs with a view of the lake and mountain. It is right beside a lake and guests can go kayaking. There is also a sauna and hot tub and what's great is that they're all included. The room is clean and the view from the room is wonderful! The staff are super nice and very friendly and helpful. Communication was great and everything was explained in detail. And don't forget to try their excellent breakfast. Overall, a great experience and will not hesitate to go back!"
