Check-in and check-out were seamless and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Very quiet and comfortable bed which ensured a good sleep. "This is a nice Swiss hotel. The shower is very small by American standards and there is no air conditioning. If it is unusually hot that would be an issue. It is clean and well appointed. I have stayed several times and will do so again. "

"As a North American, I was pleased by the large rooms, real air conditioning (not the one that stops at 26C/79F). Location is interesting with the Dreiländerbrücke/three countries bridge/passerelle des trois pays nearby. It is a big shopping centre and traffic can be a bit loud, but stops when the center closes. Be careful if you have a Swiss travel pass, it doesn't cover the German part of the tramway line."

"A wonderful stay! Although the hotel is located near the highway, it was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly charming. The room and bedding were spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. As there was a short staircase to access the room, a member of the front desk team kindly helped us carry our luggage upstairs, which we really appreciated. Excellent service and great hospitality. We would happily stay here again."
