Property located only 5 km north west of Narbonne and 25 km from the golden sandy beaches, this individual and rustic holiday home has a large private pool with a long slide with which you can slide directly from the house to the swimming pool ; which is surrounded by Roman columns with lighting in multiple colors.

Many Cathar castles can be visited.
Escapes on the Canal du Midi allow you to go to Perpignan, a historic city in the same way as Narbonne and Béziers, prosperous cities invaded by the Romans, and Carcassonne, the famous fortified city that inspired the Sleeping Beauty castle of Walt Disney. .

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille dans cette maison située dans un endroit très calme et sans voisin, c'est parfait pour profiter tard les soirs sans se soucier de déranger. Elle est parfaitement équipée pour un séjour en toute tranquillité. Le coin piscine a vraiment séduit les petits mais aussi les grands! Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et réactif à la moindre demande. Nous repartons enchantés par ce merveilleux séjour et la tête remplie de bons souvenirs. A l'unanimité nous recommandons cette maison.

Lovely house
Kind host. Pleasant vacation. Close drive to a lot of beautiful places. The beach was absolutely wonderful. There was a lot of wasps by the pool, but the kind owner of the place worked hard and fast to solve the issue!

Des vacances au top
Nous sommes une famille de 17 personnes allant de 2 ans à 60 ans. Très bonne accueil et des propriétaires très à l’écoute et réactif. Équipements au top (piscine, tennis, ping-pong) avec un jacuzzi en surprise. Douche, cuisine et toilettes au abord de la piscine très pratique. La piscine est plus grande que sur les photos et le toboggan parfait. Idéale pour des vacances à plusieurs. Bémol de la maison: parquet de l’étage bruyant et pas trop d’intimité dans les « dortoirs » . Encore merci !

Ravis de notre séjour début Septembre 2022
Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants et se montraient à l'écoute, dès que nous avions besoin ils étaient présents. La villa en elle-même est très bien aménagée et le coin piscine est parfait. Le seul bémol serait sur l'accessibilité au monde extérieur, il faut absulument prendre la voiture dès que nous prévoyons une activité, à minimum 20min de trajet.

Nous avons été très déçu de notre séjour dans cette maison. La propreté laisse a désirer. Nous avons été envahi de fourmis dans la cuisine. Aussi énormément de guêpes près de la piscine ! Le pire c est la souris dans les armoires de cuisine qui n'a jamais été capturé. Le propriétaire était au courant mais n' a pas réagit. De plus le propriétaire renouvelait au moins 10 cm d'eau de la piscine pour la garder propre mais de ce fait l'eau n'atteignait pas plus que 25 degrés ! Ce qui ne nous a pas permis de s'y baigner le soir et très peu en journée. Pour accéder à la maison le chemin est sinueux. Ca ne vaut pas le prix demandé. Après tous ces désagréments le propriétaire n a voulu faire de geste commercial. Le propriétaire est très souvent sur la propriété.

Séjour réservé à l'occasion d'un anniversaire avec un groupe d'amis. Que l'on a pu fêter sans déranger le voisinage. Propriétaire très disponible et sympathique. Super piscine et toboggan avec beaucoup d'équipements pour jouer.
