"Very clean room but it was next to a parking lot where the dumpster was located. Trash pickup occurred at 4:00 am right outside our window. Breakfast was nice. Easy, convenient parking and a variety of shopping and restaurants a short drive from the hotel at The Crossings."

"The hotel is undergoing renovations but that did not interfere with our stay, I appreciate them making the updates. The hotel and room were very clean, breakfast was good and the staff were all very nice. Overall would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area!"

"This hotel needs more sound proofing. We stayed here for 2 nights for my daughters volleyball tournament. On the second night the room next to us kept us up all night. We called the front desk once to complain but nothing was done so we didn't bother calling again. We ended up oversleeping the next morning and were late for the tournament. At check out the employee at the front desk asked how our stay was. I informed him of the noise issue the night before and he actually confessed that it was him in the room next door to us keeping us up all night. He informed us that the hotel had given him a room for the night to celebrate his birthday. I couldn't believe it, no wonder nothing wàs done following our phone call complaint. I"ll never stay there again."

"The first morning My wife and I had to take cold showers. Found out the water heater went out but parts were ordered. Repair was made promptly and then we had plenty of hot water. Great, congenial, helpful staff. Will stay here again."
